Booking Policy
No deposit required.
Full booking balance can be paid on departure.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
If a booking has to be canceled due to adverse weather, or cancellation of of FIGAS, or work boat ( the ferry) then no charge
